 Replacing the patch which reverted

 5aba8471] with the changes from both

 be1c2273] also seems to work.

 Salsa CI builds succeeded ([https://salsa.debian.org/debian-gis-
 team/postgis/-/pipelines/734538 1]) as did the buildd jobs
 ([https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=postgis&suite=experimental
 2]) on the architectures where they failed before.
