 According to
 https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis/src/branch/master/SECURITY.md#reporting-a-vulnerability
 security vulnerabilities would be reported sending an email. It would be
 useful if mail client would have a way to automatically figure out a GPG
 key to use to encrypt those emails (and to give instructions about doing
 that)
