 I was playing around with ci commands on woodpecker and asked for a list
 of forges, this seems to have locked the sqlite db.  restarting the docker
 containers didn't help.

 But I also realized I was using docker volumes for the sqlite db instead
 of the OS itself.  So copying that now with the hope of first repairing
 the db and then not running it in a docker volume.
