 I haven't forgotten about this, just trying to come up with a different
 example that isn't comparing exact things.

 At one point, ST_OrderingEquals used to return true for this, but I
 presume somewhere along the line of GEOS development this behavior
 changed. Maybe there is no longer a case where things are not exactly the
 same where ST_OrderingEquals will return true and this is essentially
 binary equality which is kinda depressing.
