 Bessie is offline since I upgraded her to 14.2.  I still need to do
 another upgrade to 14.3 since 14.2 will be going away soon.

 That said I suspect the issue is the java runtime probably got upgraded to
 newer version than what debbie is running.

 I need to upgrade debbie too since the java she is using will be EOL soon
 and I also can't upgrade her jenkins install until java is upgraded cause
 newest jenkins doesn't work with her current java.
