 The new PG_MODULE_MAGIC_EXT macro supercedes the old PG_MODULE_MAGIC and
 allows the core server to read back the actual names and library versions
 of the modules that are run-time loaded into it. This in theory might
 allow it to do the same thing postgis has long done, comparing the "lib
 version" and "script version" of a given extension.
