 Thanks for the update, Paul.

 I have been able to reproduce the issue today on PostgreSQL 18.3 and
 PostGIS 3.6.2 running on Archlinux in WSL. This is to avoid a potential
 misconfiguration.

 I have also narrowed down the set to a single table and we are currently
 negotiating the disclosure.
