[postgis] scaling and rotation

Hi everybody

I wondering.. is there any way to get scaling or/ rotation coordinates from
a geometry in PostGIS??
I mean.. something like this :
geometry * '(2.0,0)'::point    <-- for rotation or scaling

I try but.. I can't multiply a GEOMETRY and POINT

You know any way to do that??
