[postgis-users] compiling postgis with postgres 7.3 and cygwin

I tried to run your Makefile, but without the patches I still have the same
problems.
Do you know where to find them? They are not attached in
http://postgis.refractions.net/pipermail/postgis-users/2002-November/001793.
