I've just committed a fix to CVS so it is no longer necessary to apply
Romi's patch to the PostgreSQL source tree when compiling for PostGIS.
So now it should be possible to compile PostgreSQL 8.0 against PostGIS
CVS under Win32 without having to apply any patches. Please test and
report back :)
