[postgis-users] pg-dump from postgis 0.8 to 0.9.1

can't it comes from my postgres-8.0.0RC1 install ? I have many troubles 
using php too : /var/www/cgi-bin/php438: error while loading shared 
libraries: libpq.so.3: failed to map segment from shared object: 
Permission denied
