[postgis-users] php postgres problem

Hi again,

Anybody would know why Apache sends me a 500 server internal error with 
the message : "/var/www/cgi-bin/php439: error while loading shared 
libraries: libpq.so.3: failed to map segment from shared object: 
Permission denied" when I want to display a php page ?
ld.so.conf is correct and was BEFORE php building.
Distrib is Fedora 3
PostgreSQL 7.4.6
PHP 4.3.9
It's not by first php-postgresql-mapserver installation, but I've never 
had this kind of problem?

Please give a hand, I'm getting dispressed !
