[postgis-users] Is there a window's compiled version of postgis?(not cygwin)

hi,all
   I get a developed windows version of postgresql,and this is not need cygwin.
   But how can I install postgis in it?
   The postgresql I installed is from here: 
      http://laser.dyndns.zhengmai.net.cn/download/pgsql20040327.rar
