[postgis-users] postgis doc in latex

Since we are using XSL to do the docbook-> transformations, you should 
look at using the 'fo' (formatting objects) stylesheet instead of the 
html stylesheet. Some directions are in the manual:

Check the docs/Makefile for an example of invoking xsltproc.
