[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.0.3 now available

Hi everyone,

I've just updated the Win32 installer on http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/ to
PostGIS 1.0.3, GEOS 2.1.3 and PROJ 4.4.9. Apologies for the slight delay in
this release - I am currently out of the office and hence my connectivity is
extremely limited. Thanks to Jean David Techer for offering an alternative
for those people who desperately wanted the bounding box fix.
