[postgis-users] geocoder for PostGIS

Hi dear postGISers,

we made a simple geocoding module for PostGIS in the scope of our
project. Since the need for geocoding doesn't seem to be limited to
us, we release it to provide those functionnalities to those who wish
them.

Functionnalities include :
- geocoding
- intersection geocoding
- reverse geocoding

You can download it at :

Implementation is specific to our data structure but it shouldn't be
too difficult to adapt it. Hope you find it useful.
