[postgis-users] transform function

Greetings,

I would like to reproject data  obtained with ogr2ogr. Sadly, I get all 
result with an empty geometry description.

ogr2ogr generate spatial_ref_sys entry with the following fields : oid, 
srid and srtext (not proj4text).

If I change the srid to a value generated by spatial_ref_sys.sql, 
everything works well. Do we need the proj4text column in 
spatial_ref_sys to use transform function ?
