[postgis-users] (Frenchusers only)-Why ?

I was a little (no, I was a lot!) confused by the French messages.  My 
other language is Russian, so the French was not understandable to me. 
HOWEVER, I decided that if it was directed my way, it would have been in 
a language I understood, and I deleted them and went on.

I was a little surprised, but not offended by them, and your explanation 
makes good sense to me.
