[postgis-users] postgres 8 with postgis 1 on window xp

Hi,

 

I am having trouble making non local connections to my windows
installation of Postgres8/postGIS1. I have followed the help and added
the following entry to the to the pg_hba.conf file:

 

host    all         all         10.0.0.1          255.255.255.0
trust

host    all         all        10.0.0.0          255.255.255.0     trust

host    all         all         10.0.0.0/24       trust 

 

I have also set the  listen_addresses =  parameter in the
postgresql.conf file to  (*). 

If anyone has set up Postgres/PostGIS to accept client connection on a
windows set up, please let me know.
