[postgis-users] Ready for 1.0.0 ?

Compiles under gcc version 3.3.4 (pre 3.3.5 20040809), 64bit mode.
Complained about making exeecutables without significant additional
work. We may still look at that, just 'cause!
We've not installed it yet, but we did get a clean compile on the Opteron.
