[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.0.0-rc3 now available

Hi everyone,

I've just created a new Win32 installer based upon PostGIS 1.0.0-rc3, GEOS
2.1.1 and PROJ 4.4.9. The installer also now contains the PostGIS
documentation as a single HTML file and Markus' new improved JDBC2 drivers
compiled for JDK 1.2+. RC3 should also solve all known issues when used in
conjunction with Mapserver. The download can be found at
http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/.
