Hi,

I'm very late, but you can try this too : www.truckinfo.ch
This is a site for lorry driver guidance in Switzerland (ministry of 
transportation).
The dataset is not very large, but the service provides routing 
calculation, and real time trafic event (TMC) localization.
Under PostGres, PostGIS, MapServer, and PHP.
