[postgis-users] I have an ArcGIS-PostGIS connector.

Ok everyone, this is great news!  I will collect my thoughts and come
up with some preliminary organization and get back with everyone. 
Expect to hear from me within a few days or by the weekend at the very
latest (I'm very busy as previously stated).

In fact I believe I did most of my work in C# Express.  So yes, you
shouldn't have to buy anything.  Of course, we'll probably want to
setup the build such that we don't depend on MS by using Nant or
something.  But we'll get to that soon.
