[postgis-users] PostGIS and Mapserver

I found pg_ctl.

I tryed
#./pg_ctl restart

See the resould and tell me what is wrong.

[postgres at mangueira bin]$ ./pg_ctl restart
pg_ctl: no database directory specified and environment variable PGDATA 
unset
Try "pg_ctl --help" for more information.
