[postgis-users] Multiple instances of postgres.exe, Geoserver hangs

Hi,
I have noted in all versions of PostgreSQL (for Windows) that always there
is more than one instance of postgreql.exe running. Though I have had no
problem always catched my attention this strange behavior..., does anybody
know why is this happening?
