[postgis-users] Newbie needs assistance

I suggested that, but are open source applications that are ported to 
Windows truly equal to the native *nix version?  Performance, 
functionality, online assistance?  His goal is to be as native as 
possible in the event he must host it on a University server running 
Solaris. 

I think I will try the win32 binaries regardless.....
