Can't I adjust the path so that I don't have to reinstall proj4? And if not, how can I tell configure to install proj4 into /usr/lib64 instead of /usr/lib??

@all:
the lines said "skipping INCOMPATIBLE /usr/lib/xxx.{a,so,...}". Does this perhaps mean I have a wrong version? I have no idea!
