[postgis-users] Functions info

Hi all,
 
Currently we are using the postgis 1.2.1 functions with PostgreSQL 8.2.
Now we want to migrate to PostgreSQL 8.4 with Postgis 1.5.1. Here We
are facing the problems related to functions which are avaliable in 1.2.1 are
not available in 1.5.1 (may be renamed). Could any one give us the information
of the Functions which are changed or renamed. Where can I find this information?
