[postgis-users] hard upgrade

Actually I'm upgrading to 1.4 from 1.2.  This is for our legacy 
databases.  I'll eventually be going to 2.0 for our newer stuff.  So 
I've been following the instructions from the 1.4 docs.  But I'll try it 
next into a new database.
