[postgis-users] GEOS-3.3.2 released

GEOS-3.3.2 was released.
This is the second bugfix release in the 3.3 branch.

Note that due to bugs in the noding code of previous versions
the topology support in PostGIS will require this new version
of GEOS as a minimum.
