[postgis-users] geocoding failure

Solved. Flat forehead moment. Just needed to run the script generated by
Loader_Generate_Nation_Script
<http://postgis.net/docs/manual-dev/Loader_Generate_Nation_Script.html> before
loading the Georgia data.
