[postgis-users] Determine Postgis Raster Usage

Hi Team,

Is there a way to confirm if raster is being used by the application team?
PostGIS version - 2.5.4

>From PostGIS version 3.0, we have to create an extension so we can know
that the raster functions may be used by the application team.
