[postgis-users] HOw to connect to Mapserver with an https protocol

Using Mapserver 7.4, I render a WFS that is accessible with some regular
URL like "http://blabla.fr/cg-bin/mapserv.exe?MAP=..."

A user wants to use this WFS in another application web that needs a http*S*
protocol.
I am not familiar with internet protocols so I don't know where to start :
is it a Mapserver configuration or a server (windows server R12)
configuration to setup ?
