[PROJ] missing docker image osgeo/proj:8.2.1

Hi

Trying to pull the docker image for version 8.2.1, I got an error

$ docker pull osgeo/proj:8.2.1
Error response from daemon: manifest for osgeo/proj:8.2.1 not found:
manifest unknown: manifest unknown

checking in hub.docker.com, I found it is not there:
https://hub.docker.com/r/osgeo/proj/tags?page=1&name=8.

The last tagged versioned is 8.2.0
Is there any reason for that?
Are docker images part of the release process?

note: tags 8.1.1 and 8.2.0 were pushed by user 'hobu', while the previous
tags by 'osgeo'
