Roger,
I could reproduce the jp2metadata.py:44 and osr_basic.py:2027 errors,
and I've fixed them with

I don't know why you get the other errors. They all seem to be related
to setting PROJ data. Isn't there some ghost PROJ_LIB variable set in
your environment ?
