[pygeoapi] Records API and provider plugin questions

Hi Greg:

OGC API - Records: currently, we support NoSQL backends of native OGC API -
Records metadata records [1].  We do have
a convenience script that takes ISO records and transforms them into OGC
API - Records metadata.  If you have deeper
requirements feel free to open an enhancement issue

ODC Provider: I haven't tested myself, however given the active and recent
development I would imagine that it is compatible
and functional.  I'm not sure if Martin is following the mailing list, else
he might be able to answer via Gitter.
