[Qgis-community-team] Translating tex-files, visual editor

Hi Maxim!

My favorite latex-editor on windows are this order
1. http://www.winshell.org/
2. http://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/
3. http://www.texniccenter.org/

beside changing the babel to your language everything should work.
