[Qgis-community-team] QGIS documentation translation best-practices

Hello Matteo and Yves,

thanks for the pointers. Yes, of course I forgot to mention about Qt
Linguist but I had looked at it too, just haven't get the chance to use it.
I also have read messages in the lists about the possibility of using
translation memories. Any one using them?

Something like those translation memories is coming in the Transifex
environment on the right, right? Also the Glossary in Transifex looks a
good tool to keep integrity.

One more question, anyone sees advantages to using Qt Linguist instead of
the Transifex web interface for translation of the manuals (having long
texts)?
