[Qgis-community-team] Translated websites

Hi,
Note that there are already translations instructions at
http://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/documentation_guidelines/do_translations.html
.
They need to be polished to integrate Transifex process and be more
advertised (especially when new translator comesin the group).
