[Qgis-community-team] [Qgis-psc] Translating "The question of the Month" survey?

Hi Anita and all, I do not have a list of plugins, and I only need to
translate the question in this new file, by the way there is a new
japanese label ready to translate: open
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1k_qb_L5FlzdnufBQ5_3Wg0g_EpSanYa6CkQI57PxORM/edit?usp=sharing>
.

The idea is that the survey will show the list of the plugins (there are
almost 1000!) for Option1, Option 2 and Option 3 (if we go for 3 options,
we can have as many as we want).

With the list, I can create a new form and implement today if necessary.

Best wishes

Carlos R.
