[Qgis-developer] installation of the qt_xx.qm files

Hi Tom,

Do you remember which strings you changed or at which revision you committed 
the qt_xx.ts files (was it r6461)? I think we should add your qt_xx.ts files 
to svn prior to release tagging for 0.9.1 and I'd like to look at possible 
solutions in the next time.
