[Qgis-developer] HOW TO COMPILE QGIS FROM SOURCE CODE FOR WINDOWS?

HOW TO COMPILE QGIS FROM SOURCE CODE FOR WINDOWS?
For adding extra plugins to qgis after installing in windows...require to
run perl script in /../src/plugins/plugin_builder.pl.?
right?
but after installation,there is no such folder(src)in the installed qgis
folder,.......solution?????
cn i copy the src folder from qgis source code to qgis installed
folder??????? and execute perl script....any probs????
