Please go ahead if you can. A significant number of fixes make it worth
to release 0.8.1. I can reassign the bugs to save you time.
I think your approach of colsing probably invalid bugs, warning the
reporter to reopen them in case they are not fixed, is a very sensible one.
If we can help, just ask.
