[Qgis-developer] Building with msys.zip Qt-4.3.0-mingw Bison-2.1 and Flex-2.5.4a-1

Hi

I think the c:\msys\mingw\bin dir or similar may be missing from your
path? Can you search for the bison exe under your c:\msys dir? I would
be grateful to receive any updates to the documentation should you
find it lacking anywhere...
