[Qgis-developer] Linking Problem QGsApplication

Hi

I am trying to create a simple application on Windows, based on the
QGsApplication class. While compiling ends with success, there are some
linking errors.
How can an application be built with success when no libs are given from the
installation?, namely there are no .lib files found on the QGis installation
directory.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
