[Qgis-developer] Wrong Distance and Area measure values (Attempt 2)

Ooops! Please excuse the prior mail. It seems that I made a mistake :-((

The distance and area measure function do not give correct measure
values. The values are totally different to the real values. The project
properties are defined correct. Under Settings/Project
Properties/Projection the check box 'Enable on the fly projection' is
checked and a correct EPSG Code (21781) is selected. Under
Settings/Project Properties/General the Map Units are set to Meters.

QGIS compiled from Composer-Branch works fine.

My System:
QGIS: r8705
QT4.3.4
