It brings bug #1120 back (SRS k parameter always set to 0)!

Thanks for all your hard work too! However, I don't think QGIS should be
relaesed in it's current state, yet, given bugs #1120 and #1141.
Regressions are the worst kind of bugs. The regression in support for
non-US characters in GRASS will repel folks from using QGIS-GRASS
integration.

There is still also an outstanding bug in map composer - removing an
item in the map composer is not saved in the project:
