[Qgis-developer] Branch created for grass cleanups

Hi All

I've created a branch for the GRASS revisions I am working on:

svn co https://svn.osgeo.org/qgis/branches/grass-tidyup-branch

I plan to have it ready to merge into 1.0.0. Tom, in case you were
doing any qt3 -> qt4 stuff it may be better to wait or do it in that
branch.
