[Qgis-developer] Better place to ask about qgis user manual?

Hi:
    I´ve been doing some work to compile the user guide using windows. I made a small guide to setup all the neccessary tools.

My questions are where is the best place to ask about user documentation?, can I place the guide to build the manual in windows in documentation svn trunk? and where to post problems that I have found?
