[Qgis-developer] The Add feature button

Tim and others,
In Hannover you (Tim) have hidden the Add feature tool button unless the editing 
mode is active. All other buttons are just getting greyed. Actually I find this 
behaviour a bit ugly, as all the followed buttons are moving left and right one 
place when entering and leaving the editing mode. 

What about restoring button to be always visible (probably the point one looks 
the most universal) and just set the tooltip to the universal form 'add 
feature'?
